If mediation is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties.
Subject to the arbitration provisions above, you agree that the courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or on the grounds that proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
